The show musical director is responsible for:
The MD is responsible for musical decisions regarding the show.
To oversee and lead musical rehearsals for the show with the Director, particularly the musical elements.
To lead the Society’s show related musical performances.
To assemble a suitable band/orchestra and rehearse them before the show.
If necessary, the MD should appoint a rehearsal pianist and/or vocal coach.
