Treasurer

I absolutely love LAMMPS and it has been a large part of my life (and time!) throughout my 3 years at Uni and I have absolutely no plans of stopping. With two years of experience on the LAMMPS committee as Social Sec and Open Seat, I have a lot to bring to the Exec table with my knowledge of how a committee runs and what the vision we've had for LAMMPS will be moving forward. LAMMPS is quickly emerging as one of the best performing societies and I’d love to continue this further next year through trying to get more cohesiveness between the three strands and by continuing to work on being recognised as both a Dance and M&P society. I also want to work on making Exec/Committee more open and approachable so people can a) understand what different roles entail and b) Feel empowered to approach committee with new ideas for the society. I think I’d make a great treasurer because I'm very good at raising and looking after money for societies, something Martha and I demonstrated this year by organising Cabaret (we raised over £500!). I'm also the treasurer of Medics Climbing Society and they haven't crumbled to the ground since I took over! I was also bored during revision so have made a lovely poster for you all to feast your eyes on!! Cam
