Coming off the back of an incredibly successful year, I would love to have the opportunity to be LAMMPS president once again! Throughout the year we have managed to have the most successful LAMMPS show yet with record ticket sales not only for the society but for LUU as a whole, we have massively increased our membership, raised more money than every both through society fundraisers and charity concerts with our choir strand and we have rebranded our dance strand thanks to the amazing efforts of the current dance lead and sec, leading to us solidifying our position amongst the other dance societies. I can't thank the committee enough for everything they have done this year and I would love to further solidify LAMMPS amongst the other more longstanding LUU societies.

Next year I plan to:

- Create better relationships between each of the LAMMPS strands, particularly choir, through encouraging more cross-strand socials
- Engage with LUU in ensuring that LAMMPS is recognised both as a Music & Performance as well as a Dance society such that we are not left out of the loop with communications
- Thoroughly analyse the successes of the 2022 LAMMPS show 'The Lightning Thief', and use the knowledge gained to try to put on an even more successful show next year
- Further develop the role of the LAMMPS committee, through clear and concise handover documents as well as providing opportunities for committee members to be creative with their roles
