I’m super organised and love planning ( and attending!) big events. I hope socials would become more approachable so hope that I would be able to encourage new members to get involved without finding it too scary. Coming straight out of first year I also know what it’s like coming into things all new and would hope to make socials inclusive and exciting.
I’m sixth form I was deputy head girl- covering mainly EDI and inclusivity. From this I gained loads of confidence in doing assemblies and sessions and also worked in a committee alongside 7 other girls. In my role I was focused on making people feel included – which I think would come in handy as a social sec for gtt. My work on the senior prefect team also got me more organised and on top of things- another skill I think would come in handy. I also currently work part-time as a bartender so am used to busy nights out and interacting with lots of new people!
