Responsible for ensuring the Club does everything in its power to help our members with their wellbeing issues and concerns. Supporting issues ranging from mental health to diversity to safety on the water being addressed so far. Two key points of contact are LUU’s Welfare and Equality & Diversity Officers. Acts as British Rowing Club Safety Officer.
