The Musical Director is one of the most important and intensive roles in JABS. Responsibilities include: deciding, arranging and printing music the society plays, leading and conducting rehearsals, organising set-lists, tech-specs and stage plots for gigs, announcing rehearsal and gig schedules, managing the society's equipment.
