This position is pretty flexible as it is new but it is also really important!
If you want to help new members settle in and make sure everyone has their voice heard, if you are approachable, level headed and think surf could do with a welfare and diversity representative then this one is for you.
Previous experience in a similar position is preferred (e.g for another society, a local club or charity, or from school)
