Hi, my name is Jason and I'm a 4th Year Chemical Engineering student.

I've been part of the eSports Society for some time, I mainly play League of Legends and enjoy gardening and cooking.

I believe I am a good person for this position as I have been treasurer for 2 previous societies for two societies and have had some experience with dealing with society matters.

I'm quite a money-conscious person making me quite good at financial decisions that could involve the purchasing of new equipment and accessories. As well as I will try my hardest to get more funding if at all possible for our society.

Additionally, I will listen to peoples suggestions within the society about what they would like included as I believe in a shared workload for our committee which strives to give everyone the best experience who are part of the society during their time in university.

I personally would like to see more inter-society collaborations that are not generically part of the 'geek-socs' and would hope that you can support me in being able to get this with my potential committee members.

Hey, I’m Tom (he/him) and I’m running for LUU eSport’s treasurer. I’m 20 and a second-year mathematics student. I have enjoyed all the events so far this year (some of you may have seen me flopping in Mad Verse City during the Wednesday socials) and hope to help make the upcoming ones even more enjoyable. Video games have been a big influence in my life, and I’ve sunk many hours into them, although my spammy Zelda tactics in Smash would suggest otherwise. I think that my enthusiasm for gaming would make me a great addition to the committee.
I have experience managing finances as I have bookkept for my dad’s company. I understand that this society will have many different areas where funding will need to go, so feel I have the skills and decision making to distribute it fairly. Also, I have many ideas for how money can be raised to add to the grants we have already received. I volunteered with my local scout troop and helped them in their yearly fundraising carnival and other ventures so feel like I can help generate additional income.
I work well in a team and feel the society has been very welcoming already, so would fit in well with committee. I enjoy being part of leadership roles and have experience in them with the scouts and my work in a secondary school last year. The committee have done an amazing job so far and I hope I can help them make it even better going forward.
