The role of the Treasurer is to manage the clubs’ finances. The main responsibilities are to create products on engage for events such as competitions, the annual ball and social events. The main day to day responsibility is keeping track of session fees, this includes keeping track of who has attended each session along with making sure all session fees are paid. Additionally, the treasurer is in charge of putting through expense requests for items such as coaching fees and reimbursements.  At the beginning of the year, the treasurer is expected to create a budget and manage it throughout the year (template provided). During quiet periods, the treasurer will assist other roles when required.  

All of the core committee are responsible for reading, signing, and always abiding by the club constitution and compliance documents.

All committee positions are voluntary so there is lots of room to support each other by dividing responsibility and workload!
