Role:

• Leading and managing the team and ensuring that it runs smoothly
• Organising the committee members and delegating tasks
• Oversees training sessions, conditioning and other events for the society
• Running LUU page 
• Creating/uploading the necessary documents for the society
• Plans and chairs the committee meetings regularly
• Manages day-to-day operations of the team
• Communicates with team members, coaches, and other stakeholders
• Works to recruit new members to the team
• Representative for the team
