Role:

• In charge of administrative tasks  
• Provides support to the other committee members
• Responsible for space bookings, coach hire, and other travel arrangements that may be needed
• Takes on the role of the president if they are absent
• Maintaining accurate records of the team's activities, including meeting minutes, attendance, and financial records.
• Ensures that the team complies with all university policies, regulations and guidelines.
• Responsible for risk assessments and health and safety policies.
