• leading and managing the team and ensuring that it runs smoothly
• organising the committee members and delagating tasks
• oversees training sessions, conditioning and other events for the society
• running LUU page + creating/uploading the necessary documents for the society
• plans + chairs the committee meetings regularly
• manages day-to-day operations of the team
• communicates with team members, coaches, and other stakeholders
• works to recruit new members to the team
• representative for the team
