Secretary
role:

• in charge of administrative tasks + provides the support to the other committee members
• Responsible for space bookings, coach hire, and other travel arrangements that may be needed
• takes on role of the president if they are absent
• maintaining accurate records of the team's activities inc. meeting minutes, attendance records + financial records.
• ensures that the team complies with all university policies, regulations and guidelines.
• responsible for risk assessments, health and safety policies.
