The Secretary helps keep the society organised and well coordinated. This role includes taking notes during committee meetings, keeping track of key decisions, helping with communication within the committee, and supporting the general administration of the society. The Secretary also helps make sure important information is recorded and shared, so that weekly sessions, guest speakers, retreats, and other activities are planned effectively.
