Hi I’m Liv, a first year french and business student.

Why me?

• I have been a happy member of french soc for a year now, and have regularly gone to socials :) In particular, I loved the cheese and wine night, movie night and the Ottley run!

• I want to use the budget in the best way possible , so that socials are accessible to EVERYONE and that a consistent range of activities happen regularly over the academic year

• I will aim to keep the initial membership cost low in order to increase the number of people joining/ participating in future socials.

• Strong communication skills, high knowledge of financial book-keeping and accounting.

I’m Grace, a third year student currently on my year abroad in Paris, enjoying all things français! I was a member of french soc in both first and second year and it helped me meet so many other people on my course & we had such fun at all the socials.

So I now think it’s my turn to get involved and be part of the committee, which is why I’m applying for the role of Treasurer for next year! I’m good with money (thanks to Paris living), sociable and a big lover of all things wine and cheese so pick me, choose me to inject some fab french vibes back into Leeds.
