The organisation and coordination of training throughout the winter months and running into the cricket season is certainly very important to the cricket club. Having proficient communication skills and some experience in the arrangement of fixtures, I consider myself an appropriate candidate for this role. If I were to be elected to this role, I would take steps to ensure the smooth running of all cricket related activity in the club. I also feel comfortable in my ability to accommodate the needs of all players and firmly believe I will be able to give every player the opportunity to train and play for the duration of the year. With the likely return of in-person lectures next year, I believe this is essential to the on-field success of the cricket club.

Training throughout the winter and into the summer season of BUCS matches will always be the centre of the Cricket Club, so if I were to take on the position of Fixture Secretary, ensuring that this was as organised as possible would be the priority. It would be my suggestion that throughout the winter, as much of the training schedule as possible be held within reasonable proximity to the University, to put less strain on those without a car with them in Leeds. Communication and organisation are things that I feel very comfortable doing and with my experience as a part of the squads this year I am confident that I can ensure that everyone has the chance to train and play at all times in the year.
