The President is tasked with the general organisation of the society, from booking the cinema for the screenings to ensuring health and safety is order. The president will ensure that the constitution is updated and is reflective of the current state of the society. The president should also reach out to local organisations for any collaborative screenings/events, as well as ensuring the license is obtained.
All committee members are expected to attend frequent screenings, and the president will arrange monthly committee meetings.
