5.4.3 Communications Secretary
· The communications secretary should be in control of all social media outlets of the society eg. Facebook, Twitter and Instagram, and should keep these all up to date.
· They will work in conjunction with the publicity secretary to ensure effective distribution of promotion material.
· They should maintain regular contact with each production team throughout the year to ensure the desired promotion material is being released at the desired time.
