5.4.2 Publicity Secretary

·   The publicity secretary should be in control of creating, generating and sourcing of all promotion material.

·   They should work with all production teams across the year to help develop show suitable material to accurately represent each individual show for promotion material such as posters, flyers, tickets and programs.

·   They will be in control of the ordering of promotion material such as posters, flyers, tickets and programs in addition to assisting with the ordering of show merchandise such as hoody’s and t-shirts.

·   They must consider production rights companies requirements for all promotional material when creating promotion art work.

·   They will work in conjunction with the Communications secretary to ensure all graphic work is correctly distributed at the most efficient time.
