2022/23

The LUU room booking system will be open from 5pm on Monday 12th December!

All login details for theLUU room booking system have now been sent to your group's luu.group email (Google) account. Presidents will have received an email with instructions and login details for your LUU email address but if you haven't, please contact activities@leeds.ac.uk

For spaces in the University, please fill out our Google form and provide as much information as possible. Please allow at least 5 working days for us to process your request.

Block Bookings

We have now sent out all the advance block booking confirmations for semester 2. These are the groups as listed on our Room Booking Guidance. If you wish to be considered for advanced block-booking requests, please read our guidance and contact your Development and Engagement Coordinator or activities@leeds.ac.uk

Events Spaces

To book spaces like the Riley Smith, Pyramid, Function and Stylus, please put a request in to the Events team using their form.
