Final Comments
When you receive your School’s response you’ll also be asked to fill in a Final Comments form within 10 working days.
This has to be submitted even if you have nothing further to say. For example, if your School is supportive you can just say thank you to your School for supporting you.
If you don’t submit Final Comments on time your appeal will be withdrawn and the original result/decision will stand, regardless of any proposal the School has put forward.
Your comments should not repeat what is already in your appeal, and you can’t raise new evidence at this stage. Instead you should be responding directly to any points the School raised.
