This is the final session of our refreshers give it a go  session. This is open to people everyone, from complete beginners to seasoned martial artists. This will take place in the Edge Sports Hall 2 from 17.30-18.30 on Tuesday 3 February. You DO NOT need to pay to access the gym. Just let reception know that you are here for the kickboxing GIAG. Please wear appropriate sports wear, a water bottle and if you have any kit, feel free to bring it. We hope to see you there. Please purchase a free ticket so you can access the class.

Hey beautiful people :) if you’re a girl or non-binary that’s been looking to try something new, or you’re someone who’s been doing kickboxing for years, come along to our  Kickboxing and Krav Maga class! 🥊

This session is now members-only and is a great way to experience how our classes run but in a safe and female- & non-binary- only environment. These classes are ideal if you’re just starting out and want to build confidence before joining the larger mixed sessions — but they’re also great to do throughout the year or alongside the main classes for extra practice and a supportive training environment.

Spaces for the session are limited and will go quickly, so grab your ticket soon! Classes are just £2 each once you’ve got your membership.
