Join us for a wonderful trip to the Trossachs of Scotland!

We will meet by 5pm in front of the School of English on Friday 20th November, where we will split up into cars and vans to drive up to Scotland. Transport, accommodation, breakfast and evening meals (except the night you arrive on and leave the trip) are included in your ticket. We will be staying at the Crainlarich Village Hall (https://www.crianlarichhall.org.uk/), and there will be limited phone signal at the accommodation.

Each day, we will split into groups and go on routes of varying length, elevation and technicality. The area has some incredible features such as  Ben More, the West Highland Way, and a chance to see the bonnie banks of Loch Lomond!

This trip will have a 2 day option and a 3 day option. We will all be leaving together from Leeds on Friday 20th, but those on the 2 day option will be returning to Leeds on Sunday 22nd, and those on the 3 day option will be back in Leeds on Monday 23rd.

We want to make Weekend Trips as easy as possible for you, but due to safety, some equipment is required. A kit list can be found here https://luuhc.com/gear/weekend-trips. Please follow it! Need some inspiration for what food to pack? The club does have limited gear that members can borrow - if you’d like to borrow gear for this trip please email our Gear Secretary through luuhc.gear@gmail.com.

Refund Policy:

If you can no longer make it to the hike, please contact our Club Secretary, Nancy, through luuhc.secretary@gmail.com as soon as possible. If we can find someone to replace you from the waiting list, you’ll get a full refund. If not, unfortunately we will not be able to issue a refund.
