Move more, feel good - MOVE Workshop
An introduction to physical activity – looking at the benefits of movement on mental and physical wellbeing, and how you can easily incorporate movement into your lifestyle. The workshop will briefly cover the importance of physical activity and the recommended amount we should be doing. The main emphasis lies on the variety of physical activity we can do, finding a form that you enjoy, and combatting any barriers that prevent you from engaging in it. We want students to feel that physical activity is accessible, valuable and enjoyable.
