Women’s mixed martial arts class with Muay Thai and Kickboxing- a great opportunity to try out both martial arts if you never have before! International Women’s Day is coming up the 8th of March - that is why we are holding a taster class to celebrate all of the amazing women in our lives.

This class will be led by international Muay Thai champion, Amber Kitchen! The class will be a great opportunity to learn the fundamentals of Kickboxing and Muay Thai, while training with like-minded women in a friendly and supportive environment. So don’t be shy! Come along and find your future passion!
