Pilates is a form of exercise that works with your mind-body connection to focus on increasing strength, flexibility, posture, and balance. This class will be suitable for all fitness levels, covering the foundation principles of Pilates.
Be sure to wear comfortable clothing and bring a drink with you.

If the class is fully booked, you're welcome to turn up on the day and the instructor will allow you to participate if there's space available. This will be allocated on a first come first served basis.
