
Wellbeing Glutes and Core
A strong and efficient core (which includes the glutes) is important for maintaining good posture, reducing back, hip and lower body pain and a huge base muscle group for many exercises, so the stronger the better!
Lucy will take you through a series of exercises including activation, that will wake up your muscles and ensure they are firing correctly. We will then progress into strengthening exercises, finishing with a nice relaxing stretch.
This class is suitable for all levels and you'll be guided through each exercise to learn the correct technique.
Be sure to wear comfortable clothing, suitable footwear and bring a drink with you.
If you are no longer able to attend this class please make sure to cancel your ticket at least 24 hours in advance to allow the opportunity for others to attend.
