Come and try out hiking on our second GIAG to Malham!

We will meet by 08:15 at the Parkinson Steps to take the coach to Malham in the Yorkshire Dales. This idyllic Yorkshire village lies not far from the stunning Malham Cove, an amphitheatre-shaped limestone cliff, that the keen-eyed amongst you might recognise from Harry Potter? The area is also home to some fascinating lakes and waterfalls, such as Malham Tarn and the Gordale Scar!

The coach will aim to depart from Malham at 16:30, if your group is back to the village early you'll have the opportunity to visit the local pub or cafe.

As with all Sunday Hikes, we will split into 4 or 5 groups each with two volunteer leaders.

We want to make Sunday Hikes as easy as possible for you, but due to safety, you must have the following: walking boots with ankle support, a rucksack, waterproofs, appropriate layers, sufficient water (1 litre plus), and sufficient food.
