The Diversity Blog Launch
The Diversity Blog is a new project that celebrates cultural identity, with a particular focus on the experiences and stories of second and third-generation individuals within our student and staff community.
Join us from 5:00pm on Thursday the 12th of June in the Riley Smith Theatre to celebrate the launch of The Diversity Blog.
This event begins at 5:30pm and will showcase a selection of creative contributions - from blogs to poems - including live reflections from contributors. We will have some guest speakers and performances before officially unveiling the blog on the LUU website. It will be an evening of celebration, creativity and community spirit!
Your ticket includes a non-alcoholic welcome drink and a buffet meal. Whilst this is a pay as you feel event, we suggest a donation of around £3 to support the ongoing development of the project.
