Organised by Student Minds and UMHAN, University Mental Health Day takes place every March to spark conversation about student wellbeing and encourage everyone to work together in making mental health a university‑wide priority. Everyone is welcome to get involved.

The theme for 2026 is Human Connection.

Join the Advice & Wellbeing team for a free, relaxed drop‑in session where you can unwind, meet new people, and get creative by painting your own coaster or plant pot.

Come along, take a break, and connect with others in a friendly, calming space.
