Move more, feel good - INTRO TO STRENGTH TRAINING
Join us for some basic free weight exercises you can take away to add to your own training. We'll focus on a few strength based exercises using dumbbells, kettlebells and your body weight to build your confidence and knowledge around strength training. This session is aimed at those who are new to using weights/strength training.
Please speak to The Edge reception and they will direct you to the location
Be sure to wear comfortable clothing and bring a drink with you.

Move More, Feel Good aims to introduce and establish positive physical activity and wellbeing behaviour for first year undergraduate students studying at Leeds. Whilst we are particularly keen to engage first year students, students from other years are welcome to join the activities.
