Move for, feel good - BODY JAM and SHAPES
Come along to enjoy a mix of Body Jam and Shapes.
Body Jam, a dance based class with no skill or coordination required. Whether you’ve got two left feet or fancy yourself as Beyonce’s back up dancer, we’ve got your back. Body Jam doesn’t discriminate, and dance is free, so come and give it a try.
Shapes is a blend of Pilates, barre, and power yoga set to modern beats. With small, controlled movements, to strengthen all major muscle groups, improve alignment and increase flexibility.
This activity session is linked with our Mood workshop that is running on the 13th November 2-3:15pm. Sign up and come along and learn about the importance of mental wellbeing and how we can improve it.

Be sure to wear comfortable clothing (no jeans) and bring a drink with you.

Move More, Feel Good aims to introduce and establish positive physical activity and wellbeing behaviour for first year undergraduate students studying at Leeds. Whilst we are particularly keen to engage first year students, students from other years are welcome to join the activities.
