As part of the Varsity festivities, Crossroads is hosting a Magic the Gathering Draft Tournament in collaboration with MTGSoc.

The event is open to all Magic players, even those who are not a member of the society. However, due to the nature of the event, this is event is not recommended for beginners/new players of Magic. If you would like to try Magic the Gathering for the first time, you can either visit MTGSoc’s events which you can find out more about here or you can play with the Bloomburrow Starter kit during Crossroads opening hours.

If you are familiar with MTG but have not had the opportunity to draft before, we recommend you try drafting on MTGArena and look at the following guides:

Ticket Information:

To attend this event, tickets are required. Tickets are free and you will get to keep all cards you draft.

To ensure pods are evenly distributed, tickets will be sold in batches. They are planned to be released on the following dates but, we will hold back releases until the previous batch sells out.

First Release: Thursday 9th April

Second Release: Monday 13th April

Third Release: Thursday 16th April
