Join us for a weekend trip to the lovely Capel Curig, a club favourite destination!

We will meet by 5pm in front of the School of English on Friday 7th November, where we will split up into cars and vans to drive to Eryri (Snowdonia). Transport, accommodation, breakfast and an evening meal (except the night you arrive on and leave the trip) are included in your ticket. We will be staying at the Bryn Brethynau Barn (http://www.nlmc.co.uk/huts/guest-barn/), and there is no phone signal at the accommodation.

Each day, we will split into groups and go on routes of varying length, elevation and technicality. The north section of Eryri/Snowdonia is home to some fantastic mountain groups, such as the Glyderau and Carneddau, which themselves host some amazing wildlife like the Carneddau Ponies!

The club does have limited gear that members can borrow - if you’d like to borrow gear for this trip please email our Gear Secretary, Celeste, through luuhc.gear@gmail.com.

If you can no longer make it to the hike, please contact our Club Secretary, Florence, through luuhc.secretary@gmail.com as soon as possible. If we can find someone to replace you from the waiting list, you’ll get a full refund. If not, unfortunately we will not be able to issue a refund.
