    Intro to Heels Dance Workshop by Heelz Society: 
    An amazing opportunity for Vertical Fitness members to try Heels Dance in a special workshop session with Heelz society. Heels Dance is a unique, sexy and expressive form of dance influenced by various modern dance styles such as hip-hop, jazz-funk and contemporary. 

    The session is open to complete beginners and heels are not a requirement. Kneepads are recommended

    Spaces are limited and will be available to purchase through Engage.
