If you're someone that would love to use their gym membership but doesn't have the confidence or knowledge to take the plunge this session is for you. Aimed at beginners or those that lack confidence in a gym environment, we'll give you a brief introduction on how to use the machines so you can make use of your gym membership.
Please note, this is for First year Undergraduate students only.
