Join us for our epic annual summer trip to wrap up the 2024/25 academic year! You've worked hard, you deserve it!

We are yet again returning to Torridon for our annual summer trip, why? Is it because Seb was too lazy to find somewhere better? No. It's because, quite simply, there is nowhere better. 

This is the trip everyone in the club will recommend to you, with epic Torridonian hill days in one of the country's most remote corners. We're up there for a week so you'll get a chance to mix huge Munro's and breath-taking scrambles with taking it easy and sampling some of the world-famous Torridon rest days, including Uags Bothy, reputed by some to be the ‘Jewel in the Crown of Torridonian Rest Days’ - I've heard even some famous faces (LUUHC and civilian) have been there!

We will meet on the morning of Saturday 7th June at the School of English, where we travel by cars and vans to Wester Ross (Kinlochewe to be precise, which is in the north-West Highlands). Transport, accommodation, breakfast and an evening meal (except the night you arrive and leave the trip) are included in your ticket. We are staying at Kinlochewe Village Hall, they don't have a website so unfortunately no more details to share- FYI it is very unlikely that we'll have phone signal at the hall. 

Each day we will split into groups and go on separate routes, these will vary in length, elevation and technicality. This trip should give you the opportunity to explore some of the North West Highlands most impressive Munro's, visit some idyllic gems and conquer epic scrambles. Due to the nature of the trip we suggest that you have previously been on a LUUHC weekend trip and are very keen for big hill days!! The trip will be a week long (7 nights) and we will be returning to Leeds on the evening of Saturday 14th June.
