SANDS week events
Between 9-15th October, we will be running some events with LUU Midwifery Society to raise awareness and money for SANDS, a charity that supports people who have experienced pregnancy or baby loss. If you would like to donate some money, please see our ‘products’ tab or come to the Wave of Light memorial on 15th.
The talks will be run by final year medical students and are tailored towards medical students, but anyone is welcome to join them. We will be running them via Teams.
Thursday 9th October - 6-7pm - Neonatal death
Monday 13th October - 6-7pm - Infant death
Tuesday 14th October - 6-7pm - Cases and charities
Wednesday 15th October - 7pm - Wave of Light Memorial - please meet by the Wavy Bacon statue just before 7pm.
