Active Campus: Bouldering
Join our coach-led bouldering sessions designed for all skill levels, experiences and abilities. Whether starting out or looking to improve specific techniques, these sessions offer support and guidance. It's a great way to meet fellow climbers and be part of the climbing community at The Edge!
This session will show you the basics of bouldering, which is climbing a short height with crash mats underneath. You will also learn about climbing movement skills, helping you complete some of our graded climbing routes with style. Climbing is a fantastic full-body workout, so be prepared to challenge yourself physically and mentally!
Thursdays 12:15-13:15 pm @ The Edge Climbing Wall
You don’t need any special kit – just wear trainers and something you’re comfortable in. Please tie up long hair and remove jewellery for the session. We recommend bringing some water. There are water fountains available at The Edge. Showers and lockers are also available.
