Journalling for Mindfulness
Are you finding it hard to fight off the winter blues? This workshop offers a semi-structured guide to processing the emotions and stresses of what can be a bleak time of year, as well as creating space for gratitude. Come along to start the month off by learning a new skill and developing a journalling practice that suits you, be it through free writing, poetry, creative writing, daily journalling, or habit tracking. Or, if you're a seasoned journaller, come along for a safe and focused space to write - and for tea and free sweet treats!
