Aysgarth Sunday Hike
Join us on our second Sunday hike of 2024 to Aysgarth on Sunday 11th February.
We will meet by 08:15 at the Parkinson Steps to take the coach to Aysgarth in the Yorkshire Dales. Aysgarth is famous for its waterfalls and being in Wensleydale - the home of Wensleydale Cheese and Wallace and Gromit!!
The coach will aim to depart Aysgarth at 16:30, if your group is back to the village early you'll have the opportunity to explore the local amenities (i.e. outdoor shops, pubs and cafes!).
As with all Sunday Hikes, we will split into 4 or 5 groups each with two volunteer leaders.
We want to make Sunday Hikes as easy as possible for you, but due to safety, you must have the following: walking boots with ankle support, a rucksack, waterproofs, appropriate layers, sufficient water (1 litre plus), and sufficient food.
