Come try this taster session for Daoist Taichi, Qigong and Massage with Lishi Daoist Taichi society.

This is a free event to welcome students back to the new term. We will work to lose tension both physically, mentally and emotionally and learn a soft but immensely powerful way of interacting with the world and other people through wisdom of Daoist practice.

The session will be held in the Mango studio 6pm-8pm.
