Join us for the famous LUUHC Kettlewell Hike!

We will meet by 08:15 at the Parkinson Steps to take the coach to Kettlewell in the Yorkshire Dales. A fan favourite destination for a reason, Kettlewell is perfectly situated to hike up Great Whernside, or wander along the River Wharfe!

The coach will aim to depart from Kettlewell at 16:30, if your group is back to the village early you'll have the opportunity to visit the local pub or cafe.

As with all Sunday Hikes, we will split into 4 or 5 groups each with two volunteer leaders.

We want to make Sunday Hikes as easy as possible for you, but due to safety, you must have the following: walking boots with ankle support, a rucksack, waterproofs, appropriate layers, sufficient water (1 litre plus), and sufficient food. If you can no longer make it to the hike, please contact our Club Secretary, Florence, through luuhc.secretary@gmail.com as soon as possible. If we can find someone to replace you from the waiting list, you’ll get a full refund. If not, unfortunately we will not be able to issue a refund.
