This social run club is open to all abilities. Whether you’ve just started running or are looking for something flexible to fit around your schedule, then come and join us. We will fit the session around your needs. This is a great opportunity to add a wellbeing break into your day.

All runs are led by a qualified run leader and are in groups of similar ability allowing you to socialise, have fun and get some fresh air. We will make use of the lovely green areas around us including Woodhouse Moor and Ridge depending on your current level.
