Maybelline is committed to destigmatising mental health, and has provided different approaches to navigate conversations and encourage more openness and comfort with the topic. Many people living with mental health conditions don’t feel comfortable talking to their friends and family about what they’re experiencing. Before you decide to help someone else, ask yourself if you feel prepared and whether you can find the right setting.

Come and join this interactive talk and learn how to support your own mental health and others around you. There will be a limited number of free gifts handed out to attendees on a first come, first served basis.
