Woodhouse Walk
This would run 10:30-11:30ish, on Wednesday 23th - offering a low pressure alternative to Freshers fair that can be very intense and overstimulating. It would operate in a 'run club' style starting in the middle of Woodhouse Moor where we'd then do a lap and end up at Hyde or HPBC for a coffee.
The hopes are that it will give freshers who are maybe overwhelmed by freshers fair a chance to talk to committee/club members and also each other while also exploring a bit of Hyde park, in a more chill environment + grabbing a coffee at the end in a student area. In addition, freshers fair can be a lot of societies themselves too so it might offer a welcome change in scenery.
This would not be a replacement of the stall but an addition, so it is understandable if you do not have enough committee members to manage to cover both so I am opening up to members you feel would be know enough about your society to represent you, the one request being they wear some sort of merch so people know who's who.
