On Sunday the 27th of October, LUUSAG is planning a free hike completing a section of the Leeds-Liverpool canal. 

The plan is to meet outside Parkinson Steps at 10:00am to then walk to the canal. There will also be the opportunity to detour to the nearby Kirkstall Abbey. This will also be confirmed through the WhatsApp group chat! 

You will need to be wearing appropriate clothing; this includes walking boots/shoes, necker (if you own one), suitable socks and waterproofs (depending on the weather). You will also need to bring a packed lunch, lots of water, and snacks to keep you motivated as the hike will last most of the day. Please avoid bringing anything with nuts in it! You will also need to bring along personal medication if this is relevant.
