Body combat is a high-energy martial arts-inspired workout that is totally non-contact, punch and kick your way to fitness. Learn moves from Karate, Taekwondo, Boxing, Muay Thai, Capoeira and Kung Fu. Release stress, have a blast and feel like a champ. This class is aimed at beginners with no experience necessary

This activity session is linked with our food workshop that is running on the 30th October 2-3:15pm. Sign up and come along and learn how to achieve a balanced diet including the importance of good nutrition, calories, food groups and nutrients, fuelling for activity and meal planning.

Be sure to wear comfortable clothing and bring a drink with you.

If you are no longer able to attend this class please email movemorefeelgood@leeds.ac.uk to cancel your ticket and allow the opportunity for others to attend.

Move More, Feel Good aims to introduce and establish positive physical activity and wellbeing behaviour for first year undergraduate students studying at Leeds. Whilst we are particularly keen to engage first year students, students from other years are welcome to join the activities.
