Lucy will take you through a whole body workout using a circuit based approach. This session will involve a mixture of exercises using weights, resistance bands and body weight exercises to include strengthening and cardiovascular fitness. Circuit training is great for all abilities as its station based which allows a beginner to work at their own level and pace as well as someone more advanced to push harder.
Open to all abilities, you will be guided through the exercises and given alternatives where needed to suit all fitness and experience levels.
Be sure to wear comfortable clothing, suitable footwear and bring a drink with you.
If you are no longer able to attend this class please make sure to cancel your ticket at least 24 hours in advance to allow the opportunity for others to attend.
