Come join us for Café Connections to celebrate and talk about University Mental Health Day! We will be building Legos, playing games, and having a chat while also enjoying some coffee and cake.

Organised by Student Minds and UMHAN, University Mental Health Day takes place every March to get the nation talking about student wellbeing and working together to make mental health a university-wide priority. No matter who you are, you can take part. This year the theme of the day is “Human Connection”.

Whether you are coming by your self or in a group, Café connections is for anyone and everyone! We hope to see you there.
